Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects **and being responsible for:** * Structuring and leading high-impact strategic projects, developing hypotheses, analytical and research plans with top\-down \& bottom\-up focus (market, competition, and customer). * Identifying, originating, and evaluating partnership, investment, and acquisition opportunities in the LatAm tech ecosystem, in coordination with business leaders. * Developing comprehensive investment cases (sizing, unit economics, synergies, risks, and execution plan) and executive materials for decision-making committees. * Building financial models and valuations (DCF, comparables, scenarios, and sensitivities), translating them into clear action recommendations. * Supporting negotiation processes—from term sheet definition and commercial terms to closing—by coordinating legal, finance, and business teams. * Monitoring regional tech industry trends, building expertise on key topics, and translating insights into concrete deliverables (analyses, reports, and workshops) for business units. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields (MBA/postgraduate degree preferred). * 4–7 years of relevant experience. * Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, business case development, scenario analysis, and executive presentation creation. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Slides). * Advanced English communication skills. * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and ability to apply them to data analysis, process automation, and generation of strategic insights. **We Offer:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * A chance to take ownership of your development in an environment rich in opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge-sharing with outstanding professionals and specialists. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything needed for a great experience. :)
