As Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading warehouse and distribution operations across branches, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction * Your role involves ensuring achievement of key performance indicators and operational goals through optimal resource utilization. * Oversee asset maintenance strategy to ensure availability and reliability. * Contribute to business strategic objectives by driving continuous process improvement. * Promote the team's organizational culture. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. (Degree and professional license mandatory). * Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification * Certifications in Supply Chain Management, Black Belt Lean Six Sigma, SAP, or ISO standards are considered a plus. * 5–7 years of experience in operational and logistics management within CEDIs or distribution industries. * Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams in warehouse, traffic, and delivery functions. * Experience managing operational KPIs and budgets. * Advanced Excel, MRP, and SAP applied to operations. * Logistics in multi-temperature warehouses and distribution processes. * Inventory control, forecasting, and demand planning. * Safety, quality, food safety, and operational audit regulations (ISO, NOM). * Fleet management, sales processes, and cost management.
