REQUIREMENTS: * Experience: 3 years as Maintenance Manager or Coordinator, including coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities and equipment. * Academic Level: Technical or Engineering degree * Prior experience in general maintenance at sports clubs, hospitality, or service sectors (swimming pools, plumbing, electricity, carpentry, masonry) * Availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM * Willingness to travel to various locations across Mexico City RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assignment of general maintenance tasks (preventive and corrective) for club facilities. * Monitoring compliance with the strategic maintenance plan. * Supervision of security and cleaning services; reporting of deficiencies and incidents in logs. * Supervision and control of material entry and storage in the area. * Reporting of work requests, results, incidents, consumption, purchases, and inventories generated in the general maintenance area. * Development of proposals for the annual budget of the business unit. * Ensuring achievement of established performance indicators. * In-depth knowledge of masonry, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry functions. * Completion of logbooks WORK LOCATION: SOUTH\- CENTER ZONE (willingness to commute)
