Fármacos Darovi is seeking a CONTROL ROOM ANALYST. REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school diploma / technical degree Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or with medical supplies/healthcare materials, or related fields Knowledge of Quality Management Systems Knowledge of process validation, regulations, and regulatory requirements Experience in documentation, recordkeeping, quality standards, and norms Prior experience in quality process analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES: Position Objective: Monitor, validate, and track assigned operations and processes, ensuring procedural compliance, information integrity, and correct activity execution through real-time control, recording, and analysis, to support operational decision-making. Supervise and monitor operations in real time to ensure adherence to procedures and established timelines Record incidents, deviations, and operational statuses in respective systems Coordinate communication with involved departments (operations, logistics, security, carriers, warehouse) Maintain integrity, organization, and up-to-date status of documentation and records Log incidents and generate tracking numbers or analytical reports Validate operational information before recording or releasing movements.
