We are seeking a highly experienced professional with exceptional skills in Java, Maven, Spring, Microservices, Scrum, and the ability to lead technical teams and projects end-to-end. Requirements: * 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Lead with focus on Java and the Spring ecosystem * Development and modernization of microservices; cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, OpenShift); Kafka integration; technical team leadership; on-premise Redis integration * Java 6+ languages and frameworks * Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Core, JPA, Scala (Spark), Azure development, Java Functions * Cloud & Containers: AWS (EC2, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk), Azure (Azure Functions, Blob Storage, AI Search, Pipelines) * OpenShift, Kubernetes (pod management, CLI) * Backbase (banking platform) * DevOps & CI/CD: Git / GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Maven, Azure Pipelines * Deployments on AWS and OpenShift * Quality and Security: SonarQube, Veracode, Fortify, monitoring with Dynatrace and Elastic * Scrum methodologies We offer: Competitive salary, 100% payroll-based Statutory and above-statutory benefits (savings plan, auto insurance, major and minor medical expense insurance, training, growth plan, commercial agreements, among others) Hybrid work model (2 days per week in office) Office location: Santa Fe, Zedec Sta Fé, Álvaro Obregón, 01219 Ciudad de México, CDMX Monday to Friday *We are an inclusive company, free from any form of discrimination, where opportunities are available to those who demonstrate attitude and talent.
