For more information, visit WPP.com. **We Are Seeking a Web Designer \& UX \- Project-Based** Join the VML Mexico team and help us create user-centered, innovative, and high-impact digital experiences. **What You’ll Do** * Collaborate closely with development and IT teams to ensure accurate and effective implementation of design solutions. * Create visualizations, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. * Optimize graphic and multimedia resources for seamless integration into websites, strictly adhering to style guides and design systems. * Validate components, recommend adjustments, and generate detailed technical specifications for migration processes. * Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing of design deliverables jointly with SEO and Project Management teams. **Required Skills:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Systems Engineering (with focus on Interface Design), or related field. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in web design and user experience roles. * Specific Knowledge: Strong expertise in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, UX Heuristics, and User Research. * Tools and Software: Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, Media Encoder, Acrobat).
