Supervise and motivate the pre-owned vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets. Supervise pre-owned vehicle inventory and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained. Analyze the pre-owned vehicle market and identify opportunities and threats. Manage and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers. Specific Functions Sales of pre-owned vehicles Evaluation and purchase of vehicles Ensure pre-owned vehicles are prepared and presented attractively to customers. Supervise negotiation and closing of pre-owned vehicle sales.
