Position Summary: Coordinate and execute recruitment and selection processes, manage employee files, oversee onboarding, address employee inquiries, support conflict resolution and audits. We are seeking a ***Human Resources Specialist*** ***Schedule: Flexible availability*** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles; knowledge of current labor legislation. * Tress system, Social Responsibility. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute personnel recruitment and selection processes. * Manage employee files and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. * Manage onboarding and orientation processes. * Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures. * Support resolution of labor conflicts and disciplinary processes. * Participate in internal and external audits related to human resources. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators for the department. * Collaborate on initiatives related to workplace climate, organizational culture, and internal communication. * Monitor evaluation processes, analyze results, and propose improvements. * Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements. * Support communication campaigns, corporate events, and policy dissemination. * Coordinate insurance, benefits, meal vouchers, uniforms, and other employee benefits.
