




Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer for JUNIOR SUPPORT AND PROGRAMMING to provide technical support to customers and perform software maintenance and programming. Key Highlights: 1. Human Staff is looking for an Engineer for JUNIOR SUPPORT AND PROGRAMMING. · Objective: Provide technical support to customers to help them resolve failures or perform maintenance on their software. · Requirements: Degree in Information Technologies or related field. Basic knowledge of programming. 6 months of experience in junior support and programming. · Main Responsibilities: Technical Support: Ticket Management: Registration and tracking of technical issues. Incident Resolution: Diagnosis of failures in end-user equipment or systems. Maintenance: Installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems and software. · Programming: Bug Fixing: Debugging and resolving issues in existing code. Basic Coding: Creation of small components (forms or scripts following guidelines). Testing and Documentation: Functional review and testing, and documentation updates. · Skills: Strong verbal communication (confidence and clear diction). Adherence to process procedures. Teamwork. Organization. · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (with two hours for lunch), and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (with possibility of one day working remotely). · Benefits: $ 18,000 monthly gross salary.
