Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure safety on construction projects, controlling documentation, supervising activities, and managing risks. Key Highlights: 1. Active management of unsafe conditions and documentation PROJECT-BASED EMPLOYMENT Requirements: - Required education level: Certified Technician or Bachelor’s Degree Candidate (Mandatory). - DC3: Working at heights, working in confined spaces, electrical work, and hot work. - Mandatory experience in construction safety. - 2 years of experience managing personnel. - Knowledge of construction regulations. - Knowledge of safety regulations. - Willingness to work on-site. Responsibilities: Documentation control. Review and approve work permits and JSAs for all activities; conduct hourly site inspections during activity execution to monitor compliance with safety procedures across all project execution activities. Halt activities if necessary, reassess activities, and propose alternatives to safely resume operations. Promptly report unsafe and potentially hazardous conditions affecting workers’ lives and health, facility protection, and environmental conservation. Maintain continuous follow-up to ensure such issues are addressed and risk conditions eliminated. Schedule weekly meetings with safety supervisors and the Construction Safety team to track observations and safety indicators. Inspect tools and equipment before use; Conduct cross-audits across all projects; Location: Carretera Internacional, Zona Industrial, Los Mochis Sin.
