Ensuring the proper operation of technological infrastructure. **Technical Support Supervisor** **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Technical Support Supervisor**, focused on leadership and operational management, responsible for coordinating and strengthening the support team, ensuring continuity of technology services, efficient incident handling, and continuous improvement of departmental processes. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise, coordinate, and develop the Technical Support team. * Plan and organize departmental activities to ensure efficient response times. * Make operational and strategic decisions for technical incident resolution. * Manage personnel under supervision, tracking performance and workloads. * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and service standards. * Manage escalations and resolution of critical issues. * Prepare performance and follow-up reports. * Ensure the proper operation of technological infrastructure (hardware, software, and networks). * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (mandatory). * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in technical support and/or team supervision. * Knowledge of networking, operating systems, monitoring, and help desk operations. * Experience in leadership, team organization, and decision-making. * Skills in personnel management and results orientation. **Key Competencies:** * Leadership * Organization and planning * Decision-making * Teamwork * Results orientation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
