We operate multiple retail locations across Guadalajara and throughout the country, distinguished by our growth and trend-focused approach. **Job Description:** Due to the expansion of our Design team, we are seeking a **Visual Content Assistant** eager to launch their professional career in the fashion industry through collaboration in creative processes, product development, and trend analysis. **Main Responsibilities** * Creating images using **Artificial Intelligence** tools * Supporting digital styling (visual composition) * Liaising with designers, pattern makers, and production teams * Conducting basic garment inspections and supporting quality control * Managing samples, orders, and returns * Trend research (commercial/visual focus) **Required Profile** * Interest in fashion from an **operational perspective (not garment design)** * Experience or interest in AI tools (Chat GPT, Gemini) * Organized and detail-oriented individual * Ability to work under guidelines and supervision **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree (in fashion, design, communications, or related fields) * Basic proficiency with digital tools * Prior experience in AI-generated image creation is desirable **We Offer** * Monthly salary: $12,000 gross * Statutory benefits * Half-day off on birthday * Paid time off on Holy Thursday and Good Friday * Brand discounts * Opportunities for growth within the creative\-operational area Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
