**Recruiter:** Valeria Colin **Location:** CDMX **Industry:** Banking **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Your Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Retail, Linux, Unix (Desirable) * Modeling of use cases and domain models * Diagramming (UML desirable) * Risk mapping development * Business process modeling * Manual creation * Use data modeling techniques to identify ways an organization can operate more effectively. * Communicate with senior-level individuals within organizations to discover what they aim to achieve. * Formulate improvement strategies for businesses based on prior research; persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technologies or strategies. * Supervise the implementation of new technologies and systems. * Conduct workshops and training sessions. * Explore how the organization currently operates through research, which may include interviewing employees and collecting quantitative data. * Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits, and impacts. * Propose solutions to organizational leaders and keep them updated on progress. * Create documents describing proposed changes and associated steps. * Ensure changes are implemented—for example, by supervising the deployment of new technology or a new approach, and contributing to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes. * Determine and develop user requirements for production systems to ensure maximum usability. * Continuously evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements, and maintain system processes—including delivering monthly status reports to all relevant parties. * Create and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation. * Perform daily system analysis to maximize effectiveness and resolve issues. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Five or more years of experience in systems analysis and development. * Experience in generating process documentation and reports. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into practical insights. * Solid hands-on knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio. * Extensive experience in data visualization. * High proficiency in technical writing. * Microsoft Power BI * Data processing * Data visualization **Skills:** Ability to work under pressure, quality-oriented work, results-driven **Your Career at Capgemini** * Working in a team environment, our consultants focus on analyzing, designing, and developing technology-based solutions for Capgemini’s clients. * You will collaborate with functional, technical, and business specialists to help develop the implementation and integration of innovative solutions and systems—including methodologies, techniques, and tools. * You will contribute responsibly and promptly to client satisfaction by delivering services and products that generate added value. * Capgemini offers competitive compensation and benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Our global headquarters are in Paris, France, and we operate in over 50 countries.
