




Job Summary: Operational coordinator responsible for monitoring and managing daily flight and service operations, ensuring adherence to procedures and timely resolution of incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and coordination of airport operations. 2. Incident management and coordination of corrective actions. 3. Ensuring compliance with operational safety policies. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor daily operations of assigned flights and services. * Track operational incidents and coordinate corrective actions. * Maintain constant communication with ramp, passenger, maintenance, crew, and customer departments. * Verify compliance with schedules, service times, and established SLAs. * Record and report operational incidents promptly and accurately. * Coordinate operational resources to ensure continuity of operations. * Track operational changes, delays, cancellations, and contingencies. * Prepare daily operational reports and logs. * Ensure compliance with operational safety policies and internal procedures. * Provide operational support during emergencies or contingencies. * Escalate critical incidents to the appropriate personnel. **REQUIRED PROFILE** 1 to 3 years of experience in airport operations, logistics, CCO, or operational coordination. Aeronautical industry experience is desirable. **SKILLS:** Effective communication, organization and follow-up, decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork. **LANGUAGES:** Intermediate English desirable **NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE:** Ramp procedures, operational safety, and administrative procedures
