**AT FOM,** We are a leading company in optical assemblies and are seeking an Engineer with **strong analytical ability, order, and structure** to optimize our production lines. **NO prior experience in Optical Fiber is required** (we will provide technical training), but you **MUST be an expert in methodology, standardization, and process improvement.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Engineering Degree:** Industrial, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field (graduated or intern). * **Experience:** 1–3 years in manufacturing industry (preferably electronics, harnesses, or automotive). * **Excel:** Intermediate–Advanced level (Pivot Tables, real-data analysis). * Solid knowledge of **Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan)**, Flowcharts, and **5S**. * **Availability: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.** **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Standardization:** Create and update instruction sheets and visual aids to ensure operators work error-free. * **Root Cause Analysis:** Investigate quality deviations using formal methodologies (Ishikawa, 5 Whys) to eliminate recurring issues. * **Line Balancing:** Measure cycle times and motions to optimize assembly efficiency. * **Process Control:** Ensure operational discipline on the shop floor. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * **Competitive Salary:** $17,000 MXN per month (**take-home**, deposited directly into your account). * **Specialized Training:** We will train you to become an expert in optical fiber and connectivity technology. * Job stability and timely payment. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * A genuine opportunity for growth and direct impact on plant performance.
