At **Medical Life**, we are seeking exceptional visual health professionals: technically trained or bachelor’s degree-holding optometrists who combine clinical practice experience with a passion for teaching, team leadership, and standardizing clinical processes. **Your Purpose in the Company:** Train, guide, and instruct newly hired staff on optical department operational and commercial protocols. When active training is not required, you will provide direct support at our clinical units by evaluating and attending patients with the quality and warmth that define us. **Key Responsibilities:** · **Talent Development:** Lead onboarding, in-person and remote mentoring, and qualification processes for newly hired staff to ensure their sense of belonging. · **Instructional Design:** Develop manuals, instructional materials, digital content, and implement the annual training program. · **Training Management and Assessment:** Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and evaluate staff performance. · **Clinical Excellence and Coverage:** Perform vision examinations, diagnose refractive errors, and apply sales techniques for ophthalmic products. Serve as interim Sanitary Responsible Officer in clinics during transition or hiring processes. **Profile Requirements:** · **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Technical Degree in Optometry with **mandatory professional title and license**. · **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of professional practice as an optometrist.
