Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical GPON Network Draftsperson/Designer to digitize and validate fiber optic infrastructure for structured cabling and telecommunications projects. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for digitizing and validating fiber optic infrastructure (As-Built) 2. Preparation and updating of As-Built drawings in AutoCAD 3. Opportunities for growth and training in new fiber technologies At TNG, a leader in **structured cabling and telecommunications**, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical **GPON Network Draftsperson/Designer** to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for digitizing and validating fiber optic infrastructure, ensuring that drawings accurately reflect field construction (As\-Built). **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation and updating of **As\-Built** drawings in **DWG (AutoCAD)** format. * Technical documentation for external network projects (FTTH/GPON). * Interpretation of physical surveys and digitization of routes. * Recording and organization of connection diagrams in **Racks and Optical Distribution Frames (ODF)**. * Network inventory management using Office software (advanced Excel preferred). **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in telecommunications network design or documentation. * **Software:** Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (layers, blocks, scales) and Office (Excel). * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid understanding of GPON architecture, identification of network components (splitters, NAPs, splice closures), and central office equipment (racks/PI). * **Skills:** Ability to work collaboratively, results-oriented, and excellent document organization. **Education:** Technical degree or completed/incomplete engineering degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Civil Engineering, or related field. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) * Statutory benefits \+ Grocery vouchers * Opportunities for growth and training in new fiber technologies Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $11,000\.00 per month **Benefits:** * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave * On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $11,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
