We are confident you will contribute significantly to this outstanding team! **We are seeking an Operational Coordinator - Driver** **Responsibilities:** * Operation of the van (for staff, students, etc.). * Management of van usage schedules (academic outings, sports workshops, cultural activities, etc.). * Vehicle functionality review (inspections, registration, traffic fines, etc.). * Warehouse inventory control. * Distribution of parking cards, uniforms, materials, etc. * Locker rental management. * Support for various school events (Multitasking—both on and off campus). * Purchase invoicing. * Unplanned purchases. * Expense tracking and corporate card purchase invoicing. **Requirements:** * **Van operation experience (a valid driver's license is required.)** * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field. * **Availability to work Monday through Saturday.** * **Immediate availability to start.** * This is a dynamic position. * Preferably reside in the Tlalnepantla area (preferred). * Invoicing experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications. * Proactive attitude and service orientation. * Attention to detail. * Empathy. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Courtesy. **We offer:** * Gross monthly base salary: $15,000 * Direct employment contract with the school. * Statutory benefits: IMSS registration, 15-day year-end bonus, 25% vacation premium. * Additional benefits: Grocery vouchers, life insurance, accident insurance, academic benefits.
