Position Summary: Ensure safe and efficient operation of boilers and steam generation systems, maintaining operational continuity under controlled conditions. Key Highlights: 1. Engineering expertise and hands-on experience in boiler operation **Furnaceman – Industrial Plant** -------------------------------- Querétaro (PPC) ### **Position Objective** Ensure safe and efficient operation of boilers and steam generation systems, guaranteeing operational continuity under controlled and safe conditions. ### **Responsibilities** * Boiler and steam generator operation * Monitoring of levels and main systems * Completion of maintenance reports * Biogas system operation * Auxiliary systems inspection * Tracking of safe operational conditions ### **Requirements** * Education: Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or related field) * Minimum 2 years of experience operating boilers * Essential knowledge of: * Pressure Vessels (RSP) * Steam generators * Electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems * Reading electrical schematics * Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency * Availability to work rotating shifts ### **Competencies** * Teamwork * Results orientation * Operational discipline * Safety responsibility ### **Working Conditions** * Weekly rotating shifts * Exposure to heat and noise * Mandatory use of PPE ### **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of 21,600 MXN * Grocery vouchers * Free cafeteria available for all three shifts * Savings fund * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 36 days * Vacation premium of 50% * Weekly incentive of 15% * Statutory benefits * Job stability
