Opportunity to work with an organization boasting 31 years of experience. **Job Description:** Job Description: Maintenance Technician \- Juriquilla Area Olimpus Natación is an organization with over 31 years of experience saving and transforming lives through water-based experiences—teaching swimming—and continuously striving to improve life opportunities for our students, families, staff, and partners. **Objective:** Perform department-specific duties per established procedures; address branch needs to maintain facilities, real estate, and equipment in optimal operating and functional condition. **Job Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** Technical or Engineering degree in Industrial Maintenance, Air Conditioning, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. · Minimum 5 years of general maintenance experience. · Computer proficiency. **Technical Knowledge:** Electricity, boiler operation, pressure-rated equipment, high-pressure cooking equipment, medium- and low-voltage systems, pneumatics, positive-displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps, energy isolation, and operational maneuvers. **Responsibilities:** · Learn, understand, and apply maintenance product and equipment handling. · Follow maintenance routines, tool usage, and equipment operation. · Execute tasks adhering to safety standards and procedures. · **Corrective and preventive maintenance.** · **Interaction with suppliers.** · **Facility inspection for optimal performance.** · **Incident response.** · **Air conditioning maintenance execution.** · **Electrical work.** · **Sanitary and general facility installations.** · Repair any potential failures that may arise. · Manage third-party access (contractors, suppliers) to technical areas. · Maintain clear communication with production departments regarding completed work and pending tasks. · Assist the Maintenance Coordinator in supervising new projects. · Spare parts inventory control. · Tracking of all maintenance activities performed in the department. · Tool inventory accountability. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. · Support installation and calibration of instrumentation required for proper machinery operation. · Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on mechanical equipment. · Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery. · Comply with safety and quality standards in equipment maintenance.
