**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking a committed **turtle camp technician** dedicated to environmental conservation, with fieldwork capability, responsibility, and a focus on protecting and monitoring marine turtles—ensuring compliance with conservation programs and safeguarding our ecosystem. **Requirements:** Prior experience in turtle camps. Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences or related field (not mandatory). Knowledge of marine turtle biology and ecology, as well as nest and hatchling management. Familiarity with applicable regulations. **Responsibilities:** Conduct nighttime patrols along the hotel’s beach area. Relocate nests to the protected hatchery enclosure. Supervise incubation, hatching, and hatchling release processes. Monitor and protect the nesting enclosure.
