Position Summary: This position seeks a professional to develop customer-centric regulatory strategies for digital products, ensuring compliance with financial regulators. Key Highlights: 1. Development of regulatory strategies for new digital products. 2. Ensuring regulatory compliance in Electronic Banking. 3. Preparation of authorization dossiers for submission to the authorities. Position Objective To develop regulatory strategies for the creation of new customer-centric business models or digital products, and to ensure compliance with financial system supervisors and regulators. Main Responsibilities Internal audit support.\* Monitoring regulatory compliance of Electronic Banking operations.\* Review of digital communications and/or advertising.\* Developing the regulatory strategy for implementing new digital products and services.\* Preparation of authorization dossiers for submission to the authorities. Candidate Profile Knowledge of regulatory matters.\* AML (Anti-Money Laundering).\* Compliance.\* Law.\* Retail or Fintech sector.\* English.\* Microsoft Office.
