Job Summary: This position focuses on ensuring proper management and distribution of pharmaceutical products, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and operational efficiency of the warehouse. Leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. **Job Objective** Ensure proper receipt, storage, control, and distribution of pharmaceutical drugs and supplies, guaranteeing compliance with sanitary regulations, product traceability, and warehouse operational efficiency. **Required Experience** * Minimum **1 year in a pharmaceutical products warehouse.** * Experience as a Pharmacy Manager, handling drugs from Groups I, II, III, IV, and V. * Experience in personnel management **Technical Knowledge** * Inventory control (FIFO, batch and expiry date tracking) * Handling and storage of medications * Good warehousing and distribution practices * Applicable sanitary regulations (COFEPRIS) * Excel proficiency (intermediate\-advanced) * Inventory / ERP systems * Preparation of administrative reports and controls **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise incoming and outgoing goods * Ensure proper storage of medications (temperature, order, classification) * Reconcile physical inventory with system records * Monitor expiry dates, batches, and product conditions * Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations * Manage orders and stock levels * Identify and report losses, deviations, or incidents * Coordinate logistics for picking and distribution * Generate operational and control reports **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and team supervision * Organization and control * Effective communication * Problem-solving * Decision-making * Working under pressure **Additional Requirements** * Proficient computer skills (Office and systems) * Flexible working hours * Proactive attitude * Strong sense of responsibility and ethics Salary: $8,043\.51 \- $12,071\.11 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Savings fund * Free parking * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
