VIA PROJECT MANAGEMENT is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in hospitality and vertical housing projects. Position Objective: To effectively manage project construction, ensuring timely delivery, agreed quality standards, and budget compliance, utilizing the company’s proprietary project management methodology. Responsibilities: * Ensure adherence to the construction schedule and deliverables. * Lead kickoff, progress, and follow-up meetings with clients and contractors. * Build and manage a team of collaborators. * Optimize processes and outcomes. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality and vertical housing projects. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with BIM systems. * Knowledge and application of Lean Construction principles. * Project management certification (e.g., PMI) is preferred. * Proficiency in cost estimation, unit pricing, and cost generators.
