




Job Summary: Perform warehouse operational functions, including receipt and delivery of materials and documentation, and compliance with established procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive material handling: loading, unloading, stacking, packaging, and arranging. 2. Participation in physical inventories and preparation of customer orders. 3. Responsibility for maintenance and use of the assigned vehicle. **OBJECTIVE:** Perform warehouse operational functions by applying established procedures in the Inventory area; receive and deliver company materials, equipment, and documentation to customers within the timeframes specified in the procedure. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform loading, unloading, stacking, destacking, packaging, unpacking, shipping, unloading, arranging, identification, classification, and protection of materials at the Branch. * Identify received materials according to Procedure P\-INV\-04\. * Arrange materials in their designated locations as specified in Procedure P\-INV\-04\. * Pack materials into boxes for storage and resolve anomaly report F03\-P\-INV\-04\. * Rearrange materials based on turnover rates at branches, as specified in Procedure P\-INV\-04\. * Request inventory changes in the system from the immediate supervisor, updating locations and re-labeling materials per Procedure P\-INV\-04\. * Prepare materials to fulfill customer requirements and transfer materials to other company warehouses, per Procedure P\-INV\-05\. * Participate, when required, in physical counts of materials during cyclic inventories, sampling inventories, or general inventory. * Receive and load materials onto the distribution vehicle per procedure. * Deliver materials to customers per procedure. * Deliver billing documentation and certain service support documents per procedure. * Deliver materials and/or parcels to out-of-town locations when required due to local needs. * Deliver materials via mobile application per procedure. * Safeguard the assigned vehicle (as required by the Branch) to perform position duties, reporting any anomalies to the Warehouse Manager and/or Inventory Coordinator. * Be responsible for scheduling necessary services to ensure proper vehicle functionality. * Know and comply with departmental procedures recorded in the SGI. * Comply with the Company’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Comply with the Company’s current Health, Safety, and Environment procedures. * Any other duties required that align with this position or department. Requirements: **EDUCATION:**High School Diploma **EXPERIENCE:**1 year in similar Driver and Warehouse roles **KNOWLEDGE:**1\. Basic computer skills and digital applications. 2\. Internal Procedures P\-INV\-04 and P\-INV\-05 3\. Operation of light cargo vehicles with capacity of 3\.5 tons or more (Standard). 4\. Basic knowledge of Traffic Regulations. 4\. Basic First Aid knowledge. 5\. Basic MAPS System operation
