Job Summary: Conduct overdue account recovery through home visits, route planning, and customer follow-up to meet objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Field-based overdue account recovery 2. Direct customer interaction for negotiations JOB MISSION Conduct overdue account recovery by visiting customers’ residences to achieve the required budget JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES Request workload assignment from supervisor via electronic device to conduct visits to customers with suspended service and offer current recovery promotions Plan and optimize customer routes loaded onto tablet, reviewing quantities assigned per neighborhood to improve operational efficiency and complete the route as early as possible Record customer activities (visits, payments, equipment recovery) in the electronic device to enable follow-up or service reactivation as applicable Deliver printed promotion notices or outstanding balance statements containing the collector’s contact information so that, if the customer is not at home, they may contact the collector to resolve queries or reach an agreement Make prospecting calls to suspended-service customers, scheduling appointments and confirming availability times to ensure successful contact and agreement attainment Submit daily settlement report to supervisor, generating a summary of collected contracts and recovered equipment via the electronic device to reconcile accounting records Prepare daily recovery reports Complete daily motorcycle mileage logs for maintenance tracking to ensure optimal vehicle condition . -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: between 20 and 50 years Knowledge: Account recovery Driver’s license: Class C
