Description
**Location**: Zapopan (Carretera a Colotlán km 1\.4\)
We are building the **PERGOLUX Custom Design** factory in Guadalajara from scratch, and we are seeking a **Warehouse Coordinator** who will serve as our eyes and ears on operations from day one. This is not a static role: you will begin by executing foundational tasks and grow into full leadership of warehouse operations as the factory scales.
At **PERGOLUX**, our culture is defined by ambition, humility, and unity. We seek "owners" eager to transform the outdoor living market with us.
**Key Responsibilities**
---------------------------------
* **Execute the inbound process:** Receive, inspect, and flawlessly scan all incoming materials in our ERP/WMS.
* **Master the outbound flow:** Ensure every custom pergola kit is packed with 100% accuracy and adheres to our premium packaging standards.
* **Inventory control:** Conduct periodic cycle counts and stock audits to ensure the digital system perfectly reflects the physical reality of the warehouse.
* **Process optimization:** Propose and implement improvements to warehouse layout and workflow as production volume increases.
* **Operational liaison:** Serve as the primary point of contact for all floor operations, seamlessly alternating between physical unloading and digital system management.
**Requirements**
--------------
* **Experience:** 1–3 years of verifiable experience in fast-paced warehouse or logistics environments.
* **Attention to detail:** A structured mindset capable of identifying labeling or stock errors before they impact the customer.
* **Technical skills:** Technical comfort with ERP/WMS tools, handheld scanners, and tablets to maintain digital inventory integrity.
* **"Hands\-on" attitude:** A "no task is too small" mindset, willing to do the heavy lifting today to build tomorrow’s efficient systems.
* **Growth ambition:** A growth-oriented mindset with the clear goal of evolving from an operational coordinator to a Warehouse Manager role.
* **Languages:** Fluency in Spanish and advanced English proficiency to hold conversations and draft detailed reports in global software tools.
**Your Growth Pathway**
----------------------------
This role is designed to scale with you. Here’s how it looks in practice:
* **Days 1–90 (Execute and Learn):** You’ll help configure the warehouse layout, receive the first shipments, and master ERP scanning. You’ll become the go-to person for any warehouse-related questions.
* **Months 3–12 (Lead Operations):** You’ll independently manage inbound and outbound flows. You’ll drive inventory accuracy and serve as the bridge between the floor and the rest of the business.
* **As we scale (Lead the Team):** With team growth, you’ll step into the **Warehouse Manager** role. You built this operation—you’ll know it better than anyone.
