General Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: General maintenance with a focus on inspection, cleaning, repair, and support of various facilities and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities. 2. Assists in the installation of electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary systems. 3. Capable of performing basic tasks in electricity, plumbing, and carpentry. **Responsibilities:** * Performs periodic maintenance on various equipment and areas specified in the annual preventive maintenance calendar. * Performs painting work and repairs to walls and surfaces as needed. * Conducts cleaning of electrical installations and the maintenance workshop. * Inspects all common areas daily to identify issues related to garbage, malfunctions, or breakdowns. * Responds to maintenance service requests from other departments, including general activities such as installing new locks and troubleshooting problems. * Ensures parking areas and sidewalks are free of garbage and debris. * Evaluates the performance of household appliances located in the facilities, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, and coffee makers. * Assists in the installation and maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary systems. * Collaborates in cleaning and organizing the work area. * Supports all activities requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or basic education certificate. * Ability to communicate effectively with property administration and maintenance staff. * Willingness to uphold safety and service standards within the facility. * Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks, including electricity, plumbing, and carpentry. **Benefits:** * All statutory benefits Salary: $4,000\.00 \- $4,500\.00 per week Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Company phone Work Location: On-site employment
