Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure optimal operation of systems and equipment, perform maintenance, and provide technical and end-user support. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support knowledge for equipment and systems. 2. Network administration, structured cabling, and Fortinet security. 3. End-user support, preventive and corrective maintenance. **Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field**. \- Knowledge of Contpaq systems (Commercial, Accounting, Online XML). \- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) support. \- Technical support knowledge for computing equipment (PCs, laptops, servers, projectors, displays, CCTV, printers). \- Support for operating systems: Windows, macOS, Android. \- Knowledge of network administration, Ethernet structured cabling, Wi-Fi, and firewall management (Fortinet). \- Support for IP switches and telephony. \- Google Workspace administration. **Responsibilities:** \- Ensure optimal operation of systems and equipment. \- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on computing equipment and technological infrastructure. \- Provide end-user support (Help Desk). \- Supervise and ensure proper execution of local and cloud backups. \- Configure and support IP telephony and switches.
