




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring product quality, from raw material inspection to final release, with authority to halt production if necessary. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product quality throughout the entire production process. 2. Authority to stop production and withdraw defective measuring equipment. 3. Support in process documentation and the quality management system. · Maintain the 5S standards in the work area. · Complete quality records. · Audit the completion of quality records on production machines. · Coordinate and/or conduct in-process inspections during production. · Coordinate and/or conduct final inspections for product release. · Provide support in process documentation and implementation of the quality management system within the area. · Support operational staff regarding product inspection. · Generate release labels. · Inspect, detect, and identify nonconforming products, ensuring their segregation. · Notify the Quality Manager of anomalies in measuring equipment. · Inspect and identify incoming raw materials and external services. · Promptly report nonconforming products or processes to the Quality Engineer and/or Quality Manager. · Responsibilities defined in Process Maps. · Authority to stop production to correct quality-related issues. · Authority to withdraw measuring equipment providing erroneous readings. · Reject products failing to meet requirements. · Request supervisors to identify products at their respective process stages. · Request supervisors to ensure proper handling of measuring equipment.
