Key role in security and process supervision **ZAPATA ///** **Company with 69 years of experience in the automotive market, certified by "Great Place to Work".** **FORD ZONA ESMERALDA** **Seeking:** **SECURITY MANAGER.** **Purpose:** On-site supervision of security personnel, as well as identification of security processes to be implemented according to operational requirements. **Requirements:** * **Age:** Over 23 years old. * **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree or related field. * **Location:** Ford Zona Esmeralda * **Experience:** 10 years as Security Manager. * **Specific knowledge:** Security company operations. * **Driver's license:** Valid and mandatory. * **Willingness to travel:** Yes. **Skills / Competencies:** * On-site and remote supervision of security personnel * Mastery of security processes * Use of security systems (CCTV) * Completion of patrol report forms * Reporting of incidents and timely escalation **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision of schedules, patrols, and activities of internal and external security personnel. * Reporting of absenteeism and incidents involving security personnel * Review of security system functionality (cameras, monitors, etc.) * Reporting of on-site security risk findings * Reporting of office handover procedures (office condition at start and end of operations: monitors powered on, drawers visibly open, etc.) * Review of civil protection procedures, including documentation status, fire extinguisher expiration dates, and placement * Support external audits regarding security controls and civil protection * Verification of compliance with security control procedures * Proposing updates to security processes aligned with dealership operations.
