Team leadership and technical problem resolution **A leading food industry company invites you to join its team as:** *MAINTENANCE MANAGER* Education: Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field in Industrial Maintenance Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in a similar position **Key Responsibilities** * **Technical Supervision:** Ensure all equipment and systems operate without interruption, minimize downtime, and guarantee the company’s operational continuity. * **Maintenance Planning:** Develop and oversee a preventive maintenance schedule, as well as manage corrective maintenance when required. * **Resource Management:** Assign tasks to your team and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies. * **Inspection and Evaluation:** Conduct regular inspections to identify unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions. **Skills and Requirements** * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, as well as occupational health and safety regulations. * **Leadership and Communication:** Ability to motivate and guide your team, and communicate effectively with other departments. * **Problem Solving:** Ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions, requiring critical thinking and analytical skills. * **Administrative Management:** Ability to handle administrative tasks such as report writing and budget preparation. * **Role Significance:** The Maintenance Manager plays a fundamental role in any organization’s operational efficiency, as this position not only protects the company’s assets but also enhances productivity by reducing downtime and optimizing operational costs.
