Job Summary: Support corrective and preventive maintenance, including masonry and electrical work, as well as maintain company facilities and ensure safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for corrective and preventive maintenance of facilities 2. Maintenance of facilities and workplace area organization 3. Participation in safety programs and use of PPE **Maintenance Assistant** Required Education Level: Secondary School / High School * Assist in carrying out necessary corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, such as masonry, electrical work, etc. * Maintenance of facilities at any company location. * Maintain order and cleanliness in workplace areas. * Preserve and safeguard company-provided tools in good condition. * Conduct facility inspections to identify improvement opportunities. * Assist in developing a preventive maintenance program for facilities and keep it updated. * Manage maintenance of equipment exclusively used within your department. * Halt activities immediately upon identifying safety hazards and report them to your immediate supervisor. * Assist in inspecting electrical systems. * Other duties inherent to the position * Comply with safety and civil protection regulations. * Participate in emergency response teams and drills. * Use PPE at all times during work activities.
