Installation of computer system images. Diagnosis and repair of failures in computing equipment (laptops and desktops). Software installation (OS, Office, Antivirus, plugins, etc.) and institutional applications. Basic network setup to connect devices to the network (Domain, etc.). Email client installation. Recovery and digitization of user-signed service reports.
