**Job Responsibilities:** * Recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel (primary job function). * Management of labor leave, dismissals, and conciliation processes. * Preparation of payroll, severance payments, and settlements. * Registration, deregistration, and personnel movement processing with IMSS via IDSE. * Personnel file control and administration. **Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Solid experience in recruitment and labor relations. * Knowledge of payroll, ISN, IMSS, IDSE, and SIPARE. * Proficiency in Excel and payroll/Human Resources systems. * Organized, discreet individual with leadership qualities for personnel management. * MUST RESIDE IN DELICIAS, CHIHUAHUA **Skills:** * Effective communication. * Conflict resolution. * Organization and follow-up. * Working under pressure. * Discretion and confidential information handling.
