Opportunity for growth in the financial sector FINANCE MANAGER \| FINTECH / SOFOM On-site work mode \| Mexico Salary: $50,000 per month Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Conversational English is mandatory We seek a Finance Manager with solid experience in financial accounting, taxation, treasury, and regulatory compliance within the Fintech, SOFOM, or financial institution sector. Requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree completed) ✔ More than 8 years of experience in finance and accounting functions ✔ Minimum 5 years leading tax and treasury functions ✔ Mandatory experience in Fintech, SOFOM, or financial entities ✔ Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting/financial systems Key knowledge areas: ✅ Income Tax (ISR), VAT (IVA), and tax compliance with SAT ✅ Preparation and interpretation of financial statements ✅ Treasury, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations ✅ CNBV regulations, SPEI/STP, and financial regulation ✅ Auditing, internal control, and risk mitigation Main responsibilities: * Ensure the company’s fiscal, financial, and accounting compliance * Supervise treasury operations and banking relationships * Prepare and analyze financial statements and regulatory reports * Coordinate tax, accounting, and external audit firms * Identify financial risks and strengthen internal controls * Ensure reliable and timely financial information for decision-making We are looking for someone who is: ✔ Analytical and strategic ✔ Organized and results-oriented ✔ Proactive and leadership-capable ✔ Focused on control, compliance, and continuous improvement * Direct experience in fintech and financial auditing is highly valued.
