Position Summary: Executive Design Manager responsible for managing and applying design tools to ensure executive projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. We seek passionate professionals with the following profile: **Executive Design Manager** **Position Objective:** To manage and apply design tools to ensure that all activities of the executive project are carried out within the scheduled timeframe, quality requirements, and budget, utilizing assigned resources. **Main Functions or Activities:** * Engineering coordination and cross-checking * Preparation of executive project specifications * Architectural and civil design; structural design criteria * Monitoring adherence to delivery schedule; interaction with internal and external clients * Preparation and review of executive project documentation with internal assistants and external suppliers using BIM methodology **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (degree certificate and professional license) * Postgraduate studies (preferred) * +5 years of experience in related positions * Experience coordinating design and engineering for Industrial Warehouse projects * Construction systems * Urban legislation * English proficiency: 80% **Competencies and Skills:** * Problem analysis * Quality orientation * Results orientation * Organized * Decision-making ability * Effective communication * Teamwork **Knowledge:** * Revit * AutoCAD * MS Project * CDE platforms * Project management platforms * Office suite **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expenses Insurance and Life Insurance starting from first year of employment * Savings fund Work Location: Monterrey, N.L.
