Position Summary: Leads and supervises field installation execution, ensuring quality and safety in projects while leading a work team. Key Highlights: 1. Active leadership and on-site team supervision. 2. Execution of electrical installations, piping, and cable tray assembly. 3. Focus on safety, quality, and on-site technical problem resolution. Position Objective: Directly execute and supervise field installations, leading the work team to ensure projects are delivered on time, as specified, and meeting required quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead the assigned crew, working side-by-side with the team to execute installations. ● Organize and assign daily field team activities. ● Perform piping (Conduit, TW), conduit, and low- and medium-voltage electrical system installations. ● Supervise and execute cable tray assembly. ● Operate and monitor safe use of lifting equipment (scaffolds, platforms, baskets, etc.). ● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. ● Report progress, incidents, and requirements to the Production Supervisor. Required Knowledge: ● Fieldwork under variable conditions. ● Management and leadership of operational personnel. ● Conduit piping installation. ● TW-type piping installation. ● Low- and medium-voltage electricity. ● Cable tray installation. ● Participation in project kickoff and closing meetings, as well as supervision walkthroughs. ● Operation of lifting equipment. Key Skills: ● Active leadership (leading by example). ● Clear communication with team members and superiors. ● On-site technical problem resolution. ● Accountability and commitment to objectives. ● Task organization and follow-up. Requirements: ● Minimum 3 years of experience executing similar installations and leading teams. ● Knowledge of electrical safety standards and PPE usage. ● Physical capability to perform operational work. ● Availability to work at various locations. ● Education: Technical degree in electricity, electromechanics, or related field (preferred).
