Schedule: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (rotating days off between Monday and Wednesday) Position Type: Full-time \| Mode: On-site We seek a candidate with leadership ability, operational acumen, and passion for healthy cuisine who wishes to join a growing project while maintaining high standards of quality, order, and execution. Position Mission Ensure proper kitchen operations through efficient service execution, process supervision, ingredient inventory control, and consistency in every dish, guaranteeing CONSENTIDO’s quality standards. Responsibilities \- Supervise and execute daily food production \- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment \- Maintain quality, presentation, and taste standards for every dish \- Manage inventories, shrinkage, and ingredient rotation \- Place orders timely and accurately \- Properly label and store food (FIFO) \- Supervise kitchen order, cleanliness, and hygiene \- Coordinate communication with bar and service staff \- Resolve operational issues during service \- Train and monitor kitchen team members Essential Requirements \- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomy (PREFERRED) \- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Head Chef) \- Experience in inventory and cost control \- Proficiency in Soft Restaurant or similar systems \- Leadership and decision-making ability \- High level of organization and attention to detail \- Ability to work under pressure Please refrain from applying if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
