A company in the **fashion retail** sector is seeking a **Store Manager** with solid experience in **apparel and accessories**, strategic vision, leadership skills, and a results-oriented mindset. **Job Objective** Oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure achievement of commercial targets, business profitability, and a customer service experience aligned with brand standards. **Requirements (MANDATORY):** * Minimum of **3–4 years’ experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail (apparel, footwear, or accessories)**. * Proven experience managing **commercial KPIs** (average transaction value, units per transaction, conversion rate, etc.). * Strong leadership and experience managing **in-store sales teams**. * High orientation toward results and customer service. * Analytical capability and decision-making skills. * **Advanced English (mandatory)**. **Responsibilities:** * Achieve and exceed the **monthly sales target** and commercial KPIs. * Lead, develop, and evaluate the store team, driving high performance. * Maintain store standards: **visual merchandising, organization, cleanliness, and product presentation**. * Manage operational and administrative issues with timely follow-up. * Monitor and improve customer experience (**NPS / CSAT**). * Ensure inventory control and accuracy (physical vs. system). * Execute commercial strategies and initiatives to increase sales. * Implement training and development plans for the team. **We Offer:** * Base salary: **MXN $25,000 net per month** * Monthly bonus: **MXN $10,000** upon KPI achievement * Statutory benefits * Opportunities for career growth within the brand Employment type: Full-time Salary: MXN $35,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
