Industry-leading company with over 100 years of history A 100% Mexican company, industry leader with over 300 branches across Mexico and Colombia, with over 100 years of history, is expanding and requires: **WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE** --------------- **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience: Minimum 2 years in a warehouse leadership role (e.g., Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Associate), verifiable * Mandatory proficiency in sit-down forklift operation * Knowledge of inventory management * Experience managing personnel * Experience loading and unloading heavy products weighing OVER 30 KILOS **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Loading and unloading of goods * Warehouse organization and arrangement * Picking and delivery of goods to customers * Assigning and supervising tasks performed by personnel under supervision **WE OFFER:** * **Gross monthly salary: $ 10,981** * Weekly payroll via BBVA * **Monthly food vouchers: $1,358** * Social security coverage from Day 1 * INFONAVIT / FONACOT * Profit-sharing * 30-day Christmas bonus (after 6 months of service) * 5% savings fund starting from the 3rd month * Career advancement opportunities * Quarterly bonus * Employee loan available starting from Year 1 (up to 45 days’ salary)
