Grupo Truper is seeking talent for the position of Warehouse Supervisor or CDIS to work in Jilotepec, State of Mexico · Requirements: · 1. Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (completed) 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Distribution Centers or finished-goods warehouses within the mass-consumption sector; experience in Logistics, Shipping, Picking, or Replenishment operations is desirable 3. Availability to rotate shifts and rest days according to assigned shift 4. Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and direct a team  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills 6. SAP or similar WMS experience is desirable 7. Residency near Jilotepec, State of Mexico 8. Ability to spend 80% of working time on floor-level operational tasks · Responsibilities: · 1. Supervise warehouse staff, including operators of material handling equipment, providing guidance and training as needed. 2. Manage receiving and shipping processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in dispatching each order for route delivery, in coordination with the team. 3. Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety standards and regulations. 4. Prepare and submit periodic reports on warehouse operations, including shift-based productivity KPIs. 6. Collaborate with the logistics and transportation team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery. 7. Participate in special projects and other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager. 8.
