Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and responsible professional with customer service skills to support warehouse and logistics operations while maintaining the company's image. Development of skills in merchandise management **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Minimum completed high school diploma * Knowledge of goods receipt, classification, storage, and dispatch * Warehouse control and organization * Inventory knowledge **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** * Interpersonal communication skills * Service-oriented attitude, dynamic * Organized, responsible, disciplined * Analytical ability and common sense **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform cleaning in work areas, warehouse, and customer service zones, maintaining the company's image. * Perform packaging: parcels, packing materials, pallets, and box assembly. * Place packages in assigned locations. * Accompany pickup driver to collect packages from customers' residences. * Maintain stock of cleaning supplies. * Support shipping advisor / pickup driver / branch manager. * Provide friendly and warm treatment to our customers. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Excellent base salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (year-end bonus, savings fund) * Tools for performing job activities * Initial training and ongoing advisory support as needed * Complimentary uniforms **DETAILS:** * Permanent employment * On-site workplace * Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 3:00 PM–7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. **Interested candidates should apply through this channel and submit an updated CV with photo.**
