Job Summary: Monitor units via GPS, verify routes, track trip status, report incidents, and coordinate security actions. Key Highlights: 1. Constant monitoring of units and verification of authorized routes. 2. Immediate reporting of incidents and coordination with traffic. 3. Activation of security protocols in response to risks. * Constant monitoring of units through the GPS platform. * Verification of authorized routes and detection of deviations. * Precise tracking of trip status (start, transit, arrival). * Immediate reporting of incidents (unauthorized stops, route deviations, loss of signal). * Direct communication with operators to validate status. * Recording and updating of information in logs or internal systems. * Coordination with the traffic department in case of any anomaly. * Activation of security protocols in case of risk (theft, attempted theft, loss of communication). * Preparation of daily monitoring reports. * Tracking of loading and unloading appointments. * Monitoring compliance with the dispatch plan.
