We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator with strategic vision, operational leadership, and a results-oriented mindset to coordinate and strengthen our production, administration, and sales departments. Position Objective To lead and coordinate the overall operations of Ago Sports, ensuring achievement of commercial, operational, and administrative goals, as well as brand growth and positioning. Main Responsibilities \- Supervise the company's overall operations. \- Coordinate production, design, sales, and administration departments. \- Implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability. \- Monitor orders, delivery timelines, and product quality. \- Supervise sales indicators and operational performance metrics. \- Manage the workforce and reinforce organizational culture. \- Engage with strategic clients and handle major negotiations. \- Optimize internal processes and workflow. \- Participate in commercial strategies and brand positioning initiatives. \- Oversee inventory, procurement, and expense control. Required Profile \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. \- Preferred experience in textile, manufacturing, or sports-related companies. \- Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. \- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. \- Results-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. \- Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. \- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
