Job Description and Responsibilities * Prospecting and follow-up with potential clients. * Issuing internal administrative controls. * Follow-up on various administrative tasks. * Preparing corporate presentations in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. * Preparing administrative technical reports. * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional language for proactive communication with clients and suppliers. * Management of physical and electronic files. * Field-based administrative tasks. * Calendar management, company presentations, information handling, meeting coordination, client prospecting, and participation in events. * Ensuring timely and proper execution of administrative tasks assigned within the department.
