At **AAACESA**, we are looking for a **Customs Operations Supervisor** with experience in bonded warehouses and customs operations, focused on operational control, personnel coordination, and compliance with foreign trade processes.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in International Relations, International Trade, Customs, or related field.
* Availability to rotate shifts and days off
* Minimum 3 years of experience in customs operations and bonded warehouses.
* Mandatory experience managing operational staff.
* Solid knowledge of customs and cargo logistics processes.
* Proficiency in customs documentation:
* Master and House Bills of Lading
* Customs Entry Forms (Pedimentos)
* Invoices
* Letters
* Receipts
* Inter-warehouse merchandise transfers
* Availability to work rotating shifts.
Required Knowledge and Skills
* Coordination and supervision of warehouse operations.
* Control of merchandise inbound and outbound movements.
* Documentary validation for cargo release and transfer.
* Operational staff administration:
* Assignment of duties
* Shift and day-off scheduling
* Monitoring of productivity and discipline
* Leadership and decision-making.
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance and customs procedures.
* Handling of operational incidents.
* Preparation of reports and operational follow-up.
* Ability to work under pressure and focus on results.
* Proficiency in Excel and operational/logistics systems.
Main Responsibilities
* Supervise the proper execution of operations within the customs warehouse.
* Coordinate operational staff to ensure continuity of operations.
* Validate documentation for merchandise inbound, outbound, and transfer movements.
* Ensure compliance with customs procedures and guidelines.
* Follow up on operational incidents and report deviations.
* Coordinate loading, unloading, and merchandise movement.
* Guarantee order, control, and security of operations.
Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
