As a Foreign Trade Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients at all stages of the customs clearance process conducted through our SIR systems. Your role will be essential in ensuring that all customer service and support requirements are fulfilled efficiently and in compliance with defined standards. Requirements: * Prior experience as an account executive in a customs brokerage agency and customs clearance operations, particularly with knowledge of customs entry forms (pedimentos), import/export activities, and client advisory services. * Strong customer service skills and the ability to establish and maintain solid, trusting relationships with clients. * Technical knowledge of customs procedures and applicable regulations. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and excellent communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Responsibilities: * Provide advisory and guidance to clients regarding customs procedures executed through our SIR system, import/export requirements, and any relevant regulatory changes. * Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues or questions they may have. * Collaborate closely with our internal consulting team to ensure smooth and uninterrupted workflow. * Stay updated on customs regulations and changes in policies and procedures related to foreign trade.
