At **\#BeyserinConsulting**, we have a new opening: **Senior Salesforce Technician** On-site (Cuauhtémoc Borough, CDMX) ***Advanced English required*** *Direct hiring by client* Details: **Responsibilities** * Design, configure, and develop Salesforce-based solutions, evaluating in each case whether the optimal approach is native customization or custom development. * Implement customizations using Salesforce declarative tools: Flow Builder, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Lightning App Builder, Record\-Triggered Flows, among others. * Develop custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL when required by the use case. * Manage solution deployment across environments using official Salesforce mechanisms: Change Sets, Salesforce DX (SFDX), Unlocked Packages, Managed Packages, as well as CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or Flosum. * Participate in business requirements gathering sessions and translate them into technically viable solutions. * Document implemented solutions technically (technical design, flow diagrams, data models, integrations). * Apply best practices for governance, security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Field\-Level Security), and performance (governor limits, bulkification). * Collaborate with QA teams during functional, regression, and UAT testing execution. * Support incident resolution and second- and third-level platform support. **Requirements** * Experience in enterprise implementations within the financial sector involving multiple integrations and high-volume data. * Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience on the Salesforce platform. * Demonstrable experience customizing Salesforce using native components (Flows, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder, Page Layouts, Record Types, Dynamic Forms). * Demonstrable experience developing custom components with Apex (Triggers, Classes, Test Classes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and preferably Aura. * Mature technical judgment to evaluate and decide when to apply native configuration versus custom development, considering maintainability, scalability, governance, and long-term costs. * Solid experience deploying solutions across environments using Salesforce-approved methods: Change Sets, Salesforce DX (CLI), Unlocked Packages, version control with Git, and specialized DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT). * Knowledge of the Salesforce security model: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security. * Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL. * Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC): data model (Financial Accounts, Financial Holdings, Households, Relationship Groups), Action Plans, Life Events, and configuration for banking, insurance, or wealth management industries.
