**Operational Training Coordinator**
We are seeking a passionate Operational Training Coordinator committed to service and team development, responsible for ensuring proper execution of operational processes and guest experience across our units.
This position blends operations and strategy; therefore, we seek an analytical individual closely connected to frontline operations, with the ability to influence work teams to drive service standards, training initiatives, and continuous improvement.
**Position Objective**
Ensure compliance with operational processes and procedures focused on guest experience, identifying areas for improvement and monitoring training and continuous improvement strategies across assigned units.
**What You Will Do in This Role:**
* Ensure correct execution of operational processes and service standards.
* Identify opportunities for improvement related to guest experience.
* Monitor implementation of procedures and training directly on the floor.
* Participate in designing and improving operational processes and training materials.
* Coordinate training sessions and operational follow-up across units.
* Generate analyses and reports on compliance and improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with operational management to strengthen service culture.
* Regularly visit assigned units to validate execution and provide operational support.
**What We Are Looking For:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in operational training, coaching, or process assurance.
* Preferred experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or service-oriented companies.
* Experience working directly with operations.
* Knowledge of processes, training, and customer experience.
* Proficiency in Office and Canva.
* Willingness to travel and visit units.
* Availability for business travel.
